Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Soft Hex Study you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Soft Hex Study.

Your content

You keep ownership of every subject, deck, flashcard and note you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, back up and display that content back to you inside the app.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to access other accounts, probe our systems or bypass security.
• Do not use automated tooling to overload or scrape the service.

Availability

Soft Hex Study is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and you should not rely on the app as your only copy of critical coursework.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost study time, missed deadlines or academic outcomes arising from use of the app.

Ending your use

You may stop using Soft Hex Study and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
